Yellow Belly Mayfly Nymph – PMD / Sulphur

The Yellow Belly Mayfly Nymph brings a bright yellow underside to a natural mayfly profile, giving trout a clear target beneath the surface. Designed with pale morning dun (PMD) and sulphur imitations in mind, it’s a versatile addition to your mayfly nymph lineup.

Fish it ahead of a hatch or whenever trout are feeding on small mayfly nymphs. The yellow belly adds a touch of attraction while keeping the familiar insect silhouette at the heart of the pattern.
