Fulfillment of the order typically takes between 0-3 days and standard shipping typically takes 5 days for delivery. We are happy to expedite shipping if needed. Please reach out via email or phone after placing the order. We currently have a very small team so delays may occur when we are out of town. In these instances, we offer free “no-rush” shipping and we send out all orders as soon as possible. “no-rush” shipping will mean that your will be delayed by 1-2 days compared to standard shipping.
It’s hard to keep up with amazon these days, but we do our best to get orders out as quick as we can. Orders typically arrive between 5-7 days
Many of our flies are released on a limited run basis. If you do not see the flies you want, please let us know and we will bring back certain selections based upon customer demand. We will send a full refund for any flies ordered that are out of stock.
We are committed to making sure you receive quality flies. If flies are lost during shipping or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out and we will send new flies or refund your order.

Customers that are not satisfied with their order will receive a 100% refund within 30 days with no extra fee.
At Redds Flies, every pattern we sell is something we’d confidently fish ourselves. Our flies are designed to fish better—not just look pretty in a box.
We prioritize quality and customer experience over cutting corners for profit. That’s why we use upgraded tungsten beads, premium hooks, and proven materials on our patterns. We also work closely with a trusted network of guides who test our flies on the water and give real feedback—so every pattern is fine-tuned for performance, not just theory.
Many of our flies are unique to Redds Flies, and even the classics include subtle, fish-triggering tweaks you won’t find elsewhere. Plus, because we ship directly from our tiers to your mailbox—bypassing the traditional retail markup—you get premium flies at a fair price.
Most nymphs are barbless with dries and streamers barbed. Pictures on the website will show you the exact hooks used on the patterns, but don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.
We are happy to take fly suggestions and appreciate the outreach, but we do not tie custom orders.
We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders, promotions, or specific products. If free shipping is available, it will be shown at checkout or clearly stated in the promotion.
Free shipping promotions may be limited to certain locations, order amounts, or shipping methods.
We typically offer free shipping is available for orders over $75.

We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or shipped. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging when applicable.
To request a return, email support@reddsflies.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We’ll review your request and provide next steps if the return is approved.
