Tungsten Mop Fly

The Tungsten Mop Fly is a simple, highly effective attractor nymph with a soft body that moves naturally in the current. Its tungsten bead helps the fly sink quickly and stay in the strike zone, while the cream and gray color options imitate a range of aquatic larvae, grubs, and other easy trout meals.

Fish it on a Euro nymphing rig, under an indicator, or as the heavier fly in a dry-dropper setup. It is especially effective in faster water, stained conditions, and whenever trout respond to a larger, high-confidence food profile.
