Thank you for shopping with Redd’s Flies. We aim to ship every order quickly and accurately so you can get back on the water.

1. Processing Times

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
During peak seasons or sales, processing may extend to 2–4 business days, but we work hard to keep things fast.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship anywhere in the United States.
Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

All delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary based on weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us — we’re happy to help.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it, but an additional shipping fee may apply.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is significantly delayed or appears lost, email us at support@reddsflies.com.
We’ll work with the carrier to locate it and make things right.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If we expand internationally in the future, this section will be updated.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue.
