The Baby BWO is a realistic blue wing olive dry fly built for picky trout and technical surface feeding. Its small mayfly profile makes it a strong choice when fish are eating BWOs carefully and refusing bulkier dries.

This pattern is useful in calm slicks, tailouts, clear water, spring creeks, and slow seams where trout have time to inspect the fly. It is especially valuable for sight fishing and delicate presentations during BWO activity.

Fish it dead drifted over rising trout, through soft feeding lanes, or in quiet water where a natural footprint matters. Use it when trout are keyed on small olives and a more visible attractor dry is too much.
